| Terms
and Conditions - When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. - All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season. - Upon acceptance of booking a deposit of £25 per room is required (to be received within 7 days of initial enquiry). - Deposits may be paid by cheque if booking 10 days before arrival, otherwise payment must be made by credit/debit card (details to be taken by telephone). - Accounts must be paid before departure, cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement and must be received 10 days before arrival. - In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let the person who booked the room(s) will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation. - Deposits are non-refundable. - If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation will also be made on this same account number. - Bedrooms will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. - Rooms will be held until 4:30 PM on day of arrival unless by prior arrangement (if you are delayed please ring to let us know). - Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 AM on day of departure (luggage can be left in owners' accommodation for later collection if necessary). - We are a 100% non-smoking establishment. For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed in any part of the premises, including the bathrooms and toilets. - The non-smoking policy includes not smoking near to, or leaning out of, the bedroom window. - We reserve the right to terminate the booking contract of any guest that continues to disregard this policy and the guest will be asked to leave the premises (payment of any remaining balance will still be required). - We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being of other guests (full payment of any remaining balance will still be required). - Loss of keys or damage to property will result in a minimum charge of £50. |
